    This four-day engagement is designed for the customer who already has an understanding of Service Core essentials and would like BMC’s assistance in designing their Change Management functionality around best practices followed up with hands-on knowledge transfer. BMC consultants work with you to plan and discuss Change Management Approvers, Approval/Disapproval Actions and email voting capability. They will provide mentoring and knowledge transfer covering topics such as forms, workflows, email templates, relationships, business rules, fields and dependencies.
